Katja Sussner

Katja Sussner is working for the House of World Cultures (HKW) in Berlin, a leading centre for interdisciplinary discourse and contemporary arts. She is responsible for projects on migration within the department of Literature and Humanities. Katja holds a diploma in International Cultural and Business Studies from the University of Passau. She has worked and studied in Argentina, Brazil and the Netherlands and received grants from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).

Her work experience include assignments as Program Manager with the Center for Metropolitan Studies Berlin/NYC at the Technical University in Berlin, the BMW Group, the Körber Foundation and various charitable institutions, where Katja has focused on project design and project management. She held a full-time position with the Global Public Policy Institute from February-December 2004.
