Justin Dubois

Justin Dubois currently practices law at Emond Harnden in Ottawa, Canada, where he focuses on constitutional and administrative law with an emphasis on the education sector. Justin began his legal career as a law clerk at the Federal Court of Canada before beginning private practice mostly in public law. 

Justin graduated from the Faculty of Law at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom as well as an honors bachelor’s degree from Colby College in the United States. Justin has also studied at the Freie Universität Berlin, Germany and at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia. Throughout his studies, Justin received numerous prizes and scholarships, including the I. Ballon Memorial Medal, the Arthur C. Helton Fellowship awarded by the American Society of International Law, and the Davis United World College Scholarship.

In July and August 2005, he was a summer fellow with the Global Public Policy Institute (GPPi) in Berlin. He joined GPPi again in June 2006 before continuing his graduate education in October 2006
