Julia Kellerbauer is an intern with the Global Public Policy Institute (GPPi) in Berlin, where she contributes to the institute’s work on peace and security.
She is currently pursuing a double bachelor’s degree in international relations and economics at Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts. Her main interests lie within foreign policy – especially relations between the US, Europe, and Russia – as well as conflict resolution and humanitarian intervention.
Prior to joining GPPi, Julia interned at the Department of European and International Cooperation of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Berlin, and at the European Parliament in Brussels. In May 2017, Julia returned from an exchange semester in Russia at the Moscow Institute of International Relations, where she focused on Russian identity and foreign policy. While in Moscow she also interned at the Russian International Affairs Council.
