Jonas Bull is a research assistant with the Global Public Policy Institute (GPPi) in Berlin, where he contributes to the institute´s work on human rights. His research interests focus on the interrelation of human rights and humanitarian action, and include social cohesion and disability rights in the context of forced migration. He is also interested in the evaluation of humanitarian programs.

Presently, Jonas is studying for a master’s degree in human rights and humanitarian action at Sciences Po in Paris. He holds a bachelor´s degree in transnational social work from Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences and spent an exchange semester at Malmö University studying peace and conflict studies.

During his studies, Jonas worked at the Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in Germany and Jordan as both an intern and a consultant. He further worked with the Noor al Hussein Foundation in Jordan and recently with the Refugee Law Project/Makerere University in Uganda. His studies have been supported by the Friedrich-Ebert-Foundation and the Open Society Foundations.
