Franziska Fischer is an intern with the Global Public Policy Institute (GPPi) in Berlin, where she contributes to the institute’s work on innovation in development.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and economics from the University of Bayreuth in Bayreuth, Germany. Currently, Franziska is pursuing a master’s degree in economics at the Free University in Berlin. Her main research interests lie in international trade, development, and economic policy.
Previously, she was an intern in the policy integration department of the Bavarian State Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, Family and Integration, as well as at Auticon, a multinational IT consulting firm.
