Noémi Blome

Research Assistant

Noémi Blome is a research assistant with the Global Public Policy Institute (GPPi) in Berlin, where she supports the institute’s work on peace and security. Noémi’s research interests include UN peacekeeping and mass atrocity prevention, specifically the Responsibility to Protect.

Noémi holds a bachelor’s degree in politics, philosophy and economics (PPE) from the University of Oxford. During her studies, Noémi focused on international relations, particularly international security and conflict.

Previously, Noémi worked at the Centre for International Peace Operations (ZIF) in Berlin, where she supported both the Human Resources team and the UN Task Force, and at the Permanent Mission of Germany to the UN in New York.

Following her time at GPPi, Noémi will go on to pursue a master’s degree in international conflict studies at King’s College London.
