Agustín Rossi

Non-Resident Fellow

Agustín Rossi is a non-resident fellow with the Global Public Policy Institute (GPPi) and a PhD candidate at the European University Institute (EUI). His PhD dissertation focuses on internet privacy in Europe and the United States. Since July 2014 he has worked as a political assistant to the shared Argentina-Haiti Chair at the Inter-American Development Bank’s (IDB) board of executive directors.

During the 2013–2014 academic year, Agustín was a visiting scholar at the Institute for European, Russian and Eurasian Studies (IERES) at the George Washington University in Washington DC. He has previously collaborated with the Ranking Digital Rightsundefined project and has assisted the office of MEP Raül Romeva i Rueda on digital rights and privacy issues.

Agustín earned a master’s in political science from the European University Institute, Florence and a master’s in transnational governance from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. He also holds a bachelor’s in political science and public administration from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona.
