Project objectives
GPPi developed a teaching case for the Bucerius Summer School on Global Governance 2006 organized by the ZEIT Foundation Ebelin and Gerd Bucerius.
The Bucerius Summer School on Global Governance 2006 session took place from August 13 to August 27, 2006 in Hamburg, Berlin and Paderborn. For the session on "Investing in India or China?" GPPi prepared a teaching case titled The Global Relocation Game: A German Company between China and India, using the German company GROHE’s story as its basis. GPPi's Sergey Lagodinsky and Thorsten Benner taught the case in Hamburg on August 22.
The Bucerius Summer School on Global Governance was a two-week seminar bringing together 50 young professionals from governments, international organizations, NGOs, and business. Its overall aim was to foster leadership qualities by promoting a cross-border dialogue on current political, economic, social and legal questions.
