GPPi welcomes new Fellow
Andreas Goldthau has joined the Global Public Policy Institute, Berlin as a Fellow. Andreas is a Transatlantic PostDoc Fellow in International Relations and Security, a fellowship program set up by a network of leading international think tanks. He is currently affiliated with the RAND Corporation in Washington DC.
Previously, he worked as a Research Fellow with the Institute for East European Studies at the Free University of Berlin, as a Fulbright Senior Scholar with the Elliott School of International Affairs (GWU) in Washington DC, and as a Robert Bosch Visiting Lecturer with Tyumen State University (Russia). He studied Political Science at LMU Munich, IPE Paris and FU-Berlin. In his PhD, he explored the role of the resource sector in Russia's transition towards a market economy. His current academic interests focus on energy security and on global governance issues related to oil and gas.
