GPPi co-authors policy paper on "Making the Most of the Ban Years"
GPPi's Thorsten Benner contributed a paper to the Bertelsmann Foundation's series "Transatlantic Thinkers". The paper, entitled "The US and the EU at the UN: Making the Most of the Ban Years", was co-authored with Edward C. Luck (Columbia University).
The papers in this series contribute to the discussions at the Brussels Forum co-organized by the German Marshall Fund of the United States and the Bertelsmann Foundation. From 27-29 April 2007, the Forum will bring together leading policy-makers from both sides of the Atlantic to address pressing challenges facing the transatlantic relationship.
