Humanitarian Assistance

GPPi contributes to the improvement of humanitarian assistance through in-depth analysis, global dialogue, and the evaluation of humanitarian assistance programs.

Global Energy Governance

GPPi's Global Energy Governance program adopts a collaborative work process bringing together experts and policymakers from all sectors (business, government, research, and civil society) to ensure maximum policy relevancy of our research.

Rising Powers and Global Governance

GPPi explores the rise of fast-growing developing economies, their contributions to global governance and the implications for international institutions. In doing so, GPPi strongly emphasizes on China.

Innovation in Development

GPPi contributes to making development cooperation more effective and more accountable by analyzing, evaluating and developing innovative strategies.

Peace and Security

GPPi’s Peace and Security program focuses on key institutional and organizational dynamics in contemporary security governance.

Human Rights

This GPPi program is interested in the impact of international human rights policies as well as the interaction between individual rights, state obligations, foreign policy and global governance. It seeks to contribute to the promotion of human rights through research, policy advice and public debate.

Networks & Partnerships

GPPi pioneered research and consulting work on public private partnerships and global public policy networks, and continues to develop and evaluate strategies for improving the effectiveness and accountability of networks and partnerships.

Monitoring & Evaluation

GPPi contributes to the improvement of global governance and international programs by supporting our partners in designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation projects as well as strategy and management reviews.
