Interview with Catherine Bertini, former Executive Director of the UN World Food Programme

At the conference, organized by GPPi and Cornell University, Ms. Bertini shared her views on the importance of food aid. She discussed the linkages between food security strategies and humanitarian food assistance, and the challenges to improve the international architecture of food assistance and food security responses.
