Susanna Krüger

Susanna Krüger develops tools for social impact measurement with social entrepreneurs, foundations and international organizations. In 2008 she established goodroot, which is part think-tank, part consultancy and part knowledge broker. She is also a member of the betterplace LAB where she tests and implements technology driven monitoring and evaluation tools.

Susanna is interested in business driven development ideas, strategic philanthropy and the rise of the social enterprise movement.

Before founding goodroot she lived and worked in the Middle East (2005-2008), managed projects in the Finance Ministry in Bremen and for the Humboldt-Viadrina School of Governance and worked on international development in the German parliament.

Susanna holds two Master degrees, one in History, Philosophy and International Law from the Free University in Berlin, the other in Public Administration from Harvard University, where she was a McCloy Scholar between 2000-2002.

At GPPi she contributes to the aid evaluation work.
