Susanne Müller
Susanne Müller was a summer intern with the Global Public Policy Institute in Berlin in 2008. She is currently pursuing a M.A. degree in International Relations at the University of Chicago. Her research interests include international security and conflict management.
Previously, Susanne completed her undergraduate degree in Philosophy at King’s College London in 2005, and received a M.A. from the University of Toronto in 2006 focusing on Political Philosophy. In 1999 she won a scholarship which allowed her to spend two years studying at the United World College-USA in New Mexico, where she graduated with the International Baccalaureate. She was also the recipient of a German National Academic Foundation scholarship.
Her work experience include internships with the Boston Consulting Group in Düsseldorf, working with clients in the energy industry, and with the Transfer Center for Neuroscience and Learning in Ulm, Germany, where she participated in projects aimed at improving elementary school education. She also participated in the Model UN competitions and worked as a volunteer at homeless shelters.
During her time at GPPi, she assisted with the "Adaptation and Refinement of the World Bank’s Country Policy and Institutional Assessment (CPIA)" project.
