Sebastian Bock

Sebastian Bock was an intern with the Global Public Policy Institute, Berlin for the summer of 2010. He holds a degree in Philosophy & Economics from the University of Bayreuth and studied two semesters at the University of São Paulo in Brazil. His research interests include development and environmental issues as well as issues of corporate and global governance. Sebastian holds scholarships from the Foundation of German Business (sdw) and the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD).

Prior to his work at GPPi he was an intern at InWEnt – Capacity Building International in Brazil and worked as an English teacher in a township in São Paulo. Sebastian was part of the organization team of the Bayreuther Dialoge of 2007, an interdisciplinary congress on philosophy and economics. He participated in a number of Model United Nations conferences as a delegate and as a committee chairman.
