Dan Pasternak

Dan Pasternak was an intern with the Global Public Policy Institute, Berlin from October - December 2007. He concluded his MSc. in History of International Relations at the London School of Economics and obtained his BA (hons) in Political Studies at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario.

Dan previously worked for the Canadian Ministry of Human Resources and the Royal Bank of Canada's investment division, Dominion Securities. His academic interests include strategic culture, legitimacy in governance, and the ideological foundations of American foreign policy.

For the period of his internship, Dan supported GPPi's research work on the United Nations' involvement in Peacebuilding.
