Clara Weinhardt

Clara Weinhardt was a summer intern with the Global Public Policy Institute, Berlin. She is currently a graduate student at the University of Oxford, pursuing a MPhil in International Relations. She holds a B.A. in International Relations from the Technical University of Dresden. During her undergraduate studies she spent a semester at the Kennedy School of Government and Harvard College, US.

At Oxford, Clara is working for a research project of the 'Global Economic Governance Program' on constraints on small states to secure pro-development outcomes through international negotiations.

Her previous work experience include research assistance at the Faculty of International Law in the Technical University Dresden, an internship with the German Development Institute, as well as conducting an interview-based project on the colonial legacy in Kampala, Uganda. Clara receives scholarships from the German National Merit Foundation, the German Academic Exchange Service and Booz & Company.
