Charlotta Söderberg

Charlotta was an intern with the Global Public Policy Institute for the fall of 2009. She graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science where she completed her MSc degree in International Relations. In 2008 she completed her studies at Humboldt-Universität and Freie Universität Berlin where she graduated in Philosophy and Scandinavian Studies (Magister Artium). During a study visit at the University of Stockholm in 2006, she conducted research on the effects of labour and family policy on gender equality.
Before she joined GPPi Charlotta worked as an analyst at the London School of Economics in a joint research project with Stanford University and McKinsey. Her past work experience includes internships with Edelman Public Relations, Credit Suisse and Aalener Nachrichten, where she worked as a freelance journalist for one year. At the London School of Economics she was involved in the foodworks volunteer program. Prior to this she worked as a volunteer tutor for children with emigrational background in Berlin.
During her internship Charlotta supported GPPi’s research on humanitarian assistance and emerging humanitarian donors.
